An existing client purchased this new residence and requested us to update some areas before they moved in permanently. These long term relationships with clients are what we pride ourselves on and give each project a unique and special touch.
Stoneham Kitchen Fit & Refurbishment

A full overhaul of the kitchen saw us install a new high-tech stonehams kitchen inclusive of a built-in pantry. Other areas saw upgrades such as bifolds being fitted in the master bedroom alongside a glass balcony.
In the basement, we designed and constructed a custom electric sauna, carefully selecting materials to ensure both durability and comfort. After completing the build, we fitted the sauna with high-quality electric heating elements, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating space right at home. This feature was inclusive of specialised LED lighting installed by our master fitters and has left the room looking and feeling complete.
We upgraded the skylight from a PVC frame and Perspex glass, to an aluminium frame, with double glazed glass and fit with an automatic opener. The automatic opener can be initiated by app or based solely on the temperature controls that the client can preset. This has improved the functionality and improved the overall quality and reliability of the product.
In addition to the existing features, we added a number of elegant chandeliers to the finished rooms, enhancing their overall ambiance. These chandeliers were strategically placed to complement the room's design and were wired to remote switches for convenient operation. This setup not only improves the aesthetic appeal of each room but also allows for effortless lighting control, adding both style and functionality.
