An existing client asked Harrington Builders to carry out a series of improvements before moving into this Woldingham property. The work focused on updating selected areas rather than undertaking a complete refurbishment.
Stonehams kitchen fit & refurbishment

The kitchen was replaced with a Stonehams installation including a built-in pantry. Other improvements included new bifold doors to the principal bedroom and a glazed balcony.
A custom electric sauna was constructed in the basement and fitted with electric heating and integrated LED lighting to create a dedicated wellness space.
The existing PVC and Perspex skylight was upgraded to an aluminium-framed, double-glazed unit with an automatic opener. The opener can be controlled by app or set to respond to temperature settings.
Chandeliers were installed in selected finished rooms and wired to remote switches, adding decorative lighting without changing the wider room layouts.
