Langstone Manor
The first phase of this Webb Estate project focused on extensive refurbishment and structural alterations to the East Wing. The work included demolition of a previous outhouse to make way for a new pool house and outdoor living area, together with the installation of a Tom Howley kitchen. Further work to the West Wing was planned as a later phase.

The refurbishment incorporated Wi-Fi-controlled underfloor heating, built-in ceiling speakers, a mesh network, CCTV and gate/intercom controls. A dedicated plant room supports the home systems, alongside a lift and an electric glazed door leading to the stone wine cellar.
Internal walls were removed to create more open-plan spaces, alongside demolition of the previous outhouse and works to reseal basement entrances. The structural work was coordinated around the retained building.
A Lutron RA2 system was installed to provide central and remote control of lighting and selected blinds. This sits alongside room-by-room controls for the wet underfloor-heating system and the property's surveillance equipment.
The Tom Howley kitchen combines contemporary cabinetry with a large stone island, sunken wine cooler and a concealed breakfast cupboard. Inside the cabinetry is a built-in sink, boiling-water tap and plumbed coffee machine, allowing the whole breakfast and drinks station to be closed away behind the doors when not in use.
