This project involved a complete renovation of the property, including stripping the house back to brick, building a full-width extension, and reconfiguring the layout to create a modern kitchen/family room, TV room, formal lounge, four new bedrooms, and two bathrooms. We also redesigned the garden with a raised deck, new patios, and installed advanced features like underfloor heating, bespoke kitchen furniture, and full Wi-Fi coverage, transforming both the interior and exterior for a more functional and up-to-date living space.

Dark-toned kitchen units create contrast with the lighter finishes and walnut detailing, giving the room depth while keeping the overall palette balanced.
The Aisling Artisan kitchen combines dark blue cabinetry with walnut detailing and lighter work surfaces, bringing together the warm and darker finishes used through the space.
Underfloor heating was installed throughout the ground floor, with individual room thermostats and remote control providing more flexible temperature management without relying on wall-mounted radiators.
A raised decking area and new patios were formed around the sloping garden to create more useful level outdoor space and a practical transition from the kitchen to the garden.
